As Catalyst Integrators continues to evolve to better serve clients as a resource to entrepreneurs and companies running on EOS®, we are excited to announce that Paulina Walters has taken on the role of our internal Client Success Manager, in addition to being a Fractional Integrator.

Paulina will continue to expertly serve her Catalyst clients on a fractional basis, while also ensuring our client service and dedicated partnerships are top notch. In this new role, Paulina builds on Catalyst’s core values of providing value, focusing on growth, and taking ownership by coaching and mentoring our Catalyst Fractional Integrators to better serve our clients and community. Kristyn Drennen is joins us as a Fractional Integrator. Kristyn brings over 15 years of experience in organizational development and business coaching, including several years with a managed service company running on EOS® as their Vice President of People & Culture. Kristyn is passionate about helping entrepreneurial organizations lead, manage, drive and measure results to build on what works. She exudes positive energy and we are blessed to have her on the team! Kristyn calls Denver and the golf course her home.
