 What the heck is a fractional integrator?

Fractional = a fraction of the time, can be as little as 1 hour a week and max 3 days

Integrator = a badass who owns the Integrator seat and helps ensure you are running EOS® the best you can to make your vision a reality

How much is this going to cost me?

To be honest, what is it costing you to not get the help you need? We will always approach each engagement with identifying what is best for you. Let’s talk… info@CATALYSTIntegrators.com


When can I send you tasks or get on a call with you?

Send tasks anytime via the agreed upon channels (email, slack, 90.io, etc.) and escalate any important or urgent issues via the proper communication channels like phone. We will schedule same day and same time each week calls with you to get into a proper meeting cadence. Most to-dos and actions are reviewed during those calls including Same Page meetings and Level 10’s (L10’s).


Vacation and Time Off

All vacation and necessary time off will be made up each month/quarter by your Catalyst fractional integrator.

We do observe major U.S. holidays, so we will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions during the year and time will not be made up for these dates:

  • New Year's Day

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Day After Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

If ever you feel there will be conflicts surrounding these dates please let us know ahead of time so that we can possibly make special arrangements.


Meeting Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

 As Catalyst fractional Integrators, we hold sacred our “same day and same time” meeting schedules and do what we say we will do to set the example for respecting the time of our clients. We do not cancel or reschedule meetings unless it is absolutely necessary due to extreme illness or acts of god outside of our control. In the instance we must cancel a client meeting, we will always make up the time within the same month. We never want you to feel unimportant or like you are not getting value.

 When a client cancels, we do our best to reschedule you within the same month to makeup the time. Worst case, it rolls over into the following month but we will work with you to reschedule and find a win-win. If a client begins to abuse this policy and time begins to roll into several weeks past the engagement we will need to discuss a plan for next steps.

 We do not refund clients for unused or cancelled time. If you ever need to cancel a session, reschedule or add time to an engagement please give as much notice as possible and we can work with you.


What if we determine we need a full time Integrator while working together?

 We are typically the first to suggest when we see the need beginning to arise where you could benefit from a full time Integrator and we got your back! We will support you in the search, interviewing, placement and training of your new Integrator!
