Assist with the rollout and practical application of EOS within the business
Coach and support the Integrator or act as the Integrator for the long or short term
LMA (Leadership) coaching and mentoring
Maintain accountability for the V/TO™, Rocks and EOS Integration
Lead & support the Leadership meeting pulse (L10s, Same Pages, Quarterlies & Annuals, State of the Company, etc.)
Help design, optimize, and integrate your Accountability Chart
Ensure your Scorecard is in place and effective with measurables/KPI’s
Orchestrate the effective integration of your HR and People processes including hiring and reviews
Train and go deeper into the EOS tool review and execute all team training
We ensure that you EXECUTE your amazing Vision (V/TO)!

Here are some options of how we can serve you…
FRACTIONAL INTEGRATOR / INTERIM INTEGRATOR OPTIONS:
HALF Day (4 hours/week)
FULL Day (8 hours/week)
1.5 Days (12 hours/week)
2 FULL Days (16 hours/week)
Pure Fractional (20 hours/week)
Sample of Customizable Expectations:
Own all accountabilities of the Integrator seat for the organization
Develop leaders via leadership training, coaching, and mentoring
Lead and optimize the weekly Leadership Team L10 – 90 minutes/week (and possibly other departmental team L10’s)
1:1 Same Page Meetings with Visionary and all Leadership Team Members (30-60 min each, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
Time as needed for additional calls, meetings, rocks, to-dos, and tasks
Ensure strong scorecards and measurables that accurately track the most important things that will help us to accomplish our goals and hold the team accountable
Document and optimize all Core Processes
Onboarding Team Members
Create and execute the EOS company-wide rollout plan (including departmental L10’s, LMA training, HR Processes, etc.)
Quarterly Conversation with each Leadership Team Member
Attendance at company/team events, meetings, etc.
1 Full Day Quarterly Session each quarter / 2 Day Annual Planning Session (travel expenses additional)
Support the Visionary and keep the team focused on goals via the V/TO
Own appropriate Rocks (90-day goals) applicable to EOS®
Access to the Catalyst Library, a large, shared drive of tools, tips, worksheets, templates and more!
BE THE CATALYST™ FOR THE INTEGRATOR
Are you an Integrator who wants to Be the Catalyst in your organization to help reach all your goals? If so, we have services, tools and resources for you! Here are a few ways that we can help and will fully customize to you!
INTEGRATOR ONBOARDING
We take on the ownership of onboarding the Integrator who is new to the seat.
Strengthen using the EOS tools including meeting facilitation.
Achieve Visionary/Integrator alignment and Rocket Fuel®.
Accomplish clear ownership of all Integrator accountabilities.
Includes all prep work, emails between sessions and our entire Integrator library of documents, trainings, worksheets, etc. on a shared drive. This is a minimum13-week (1 quarter) engagement.
INTEGRATOR MENTORING
Weekly 1:1 call with the Integrator to mentor, coach and train.
Includes communication outside of scheduled time together if needed via email or text and all supporting materials.
L10 MEETING AUDIT OR FACILITATION
Need someone to lead your weekly L10’s?
We will facilitate and/or coach the Integrator/team at your Weekly Leadership Team L10 – 90 minutes/week to provide coaching and suggestions on improvements.
QUARTERLY / ANNUAL MEETING FACILITATION
Facilitate Quarterly and Annual Sessions (travel expenses additional cost)
Includes all prep work and follow ups.
Client provides location, lunch and supplies
This service is included in all engagements of Half Day or more
