Why Catalyst Integrators™ did not hesitate to say YES to building 2 homes, in 2 days, for 2 families in extreme need in Ensenada, Mexico

When presented with the opportunity to partner with Titus Talent to build homes for families in need in Ensenada, Mexico it was an easy YES to join them. One of the traits that makes Titus stand out is their passion and commitment to giving back. This trip is just one of the many ways they put action to their conviction.

In partnership with Homes of Hope, the Titus Catalyst Experience is a chance for partners and clients to join Titus in giving back with global impact. Since 1990, more than 130,000 volunteers have participated in building more than 6,300 Homes of Hope for the less fortunate in 23 nations...and counting.

During the trip, the team, including our very own Courtney Biederbeck and her husband Curtis, got to build 2 homes for 2 deserving families in 2 days. Both families were in extreme need. The family Courtney and Curtis built for (and with!) was a family of three - a single mother, Blanca, and her two children Brayan and Reyna. While Blanca works hard to provide for her family, a safe home seemed hopelessly out of reach. Thanks to generous donations and the time volunteered by the building team, Blanca and her children now have a beautiful and safe home to call their own! By providing homes for families in need, Homes of Hope is able to help advance families’ financial stability by 10 years! That means these families now have hope and financial stability that will span generations. Education and career development are within reach and will hopefully lead to more families breaking out of the cycle of poverty.

Overcoming Growing Pains to Become Empowered to Achieve

I met Jamie at our Strategic Coach Mastermind group and then connected with Paulina who jumped in as our Fractional Integrator. Not only did Paulina invest important time in listening and learning about our struggles and our goals, but she also helped us better define them. She began to transfer her humble business knowledge, best practices and practical application of EOS® to our entire Team with a series of Zoom training calls and value-filled follow up. Paulina embedded the EOS® tools with us, and she kept it bite-size and easy to understand. She is also incredibly intuitive and always follows through quickly on what she promises.

Since the initial rollout period, we have kept Paulina onboard as she has developed trust and a rapport not only with me as the owner & Visionary but also with our Leadership Team. Paulina has brought structure to our organization and empowered us to achieve our BHAGs – our Big Hairy Audacious Goals -- through the tools, processes, and principles she brought to the table. We fully expect to 3X our revenue in the next 3 years and 10X our business in the next 6-7 years.

I’ve worked with several consultants over the decades. NONE of them has ever met us at our level of need and motivation like Paulina and Catalyst have.
