We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for Catalyst as we welcome our full-time Integrator, Alex Hayes, to the team. As the Visionary of Catalyst, I couldn't be more excited to have found the missing puzzle piece that will bring our collective vision to life.

I meet with Visionaries on a weekly basis and they ask me “how do I know if I need fractional or full-time?” Our story here is a great illustration of this. To expand just a little, fractional has and still does work for us in this way. Alex is actually sitting in more than just the Integrator seat for us, making this a full time role. She is also in our Head of Operations seat and is supporting on our Sales team where she brings her vast knowledge and experience to help us grow.

In the dynamic world of business, having a skilled Integrator is like having the glue that binds ideas, strategies, and execution together seamlessly. Alex brings a wealth of experience and a unique set of skills that make her the perfect fit for this critical role within our organization.

As a Visionary, my role involves dreaming big, setting the direction, and casting a compelling vision for where we want Catalyst to go. Alex, with her innate ability to translate vision into actionable steps, will be the driving force that turns these dreams into reality. Her dedication to creating synergy within the team and her passion for streamlining processes will undoubtedly propel Catalyst to new heights.

Alex's arrival marks a significant step forward in our journey. It's a testament to the growth and success that Catalyst has achieved, and it sets the stage for even more ambitious endeavors in the future. With Alex at the helm as our Integrator, I am confident that our team will become more agile, efficient, and capable of navigating the complex landscape of our industry.

Beyond her professional qualifications, Alex is an incredible person to work with. Her collaborative spirit, positive energy, and commitment to fostering a healthy work environment align perfectly with the values we hold dear at Catalyst (helps that she also loves dogs and Disney!). We believe that a team is only as strong as its members, and Alex is undoubtedly a valuable addition to our close-knit family.
