About Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie! Originally from Minneapolis, MN, and after spending years in New York City and Chicago, I found my home in Honolulu, HI. I am a dog-mom to my beloved 6-year-old Shih Tzu, Mosey, who spends his days either luxuriously napping next to me while I work from home or ruggedly scurrying around the woodshop in the footsteps of my husband while he designs and builds furniture. In addition to my work, I live to bring people together through meaningful gatherings and conversations to generate and deepen connections with those around us. I’m intentional about filling my time with activities that bring me joy, which include exploring the islands through hiking adventures, singing in a choir, and serving on nonprofit boards as a way of giving back to my community.

With an M.S. in K-12 Education and over 20 years of experience in facilitation, project management, and strategic planning, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of organizations and teams. One of my proudest achievements was being on the founding team of a public charter school in Hawaii, where we significantly expanded our student body from 60 to 180 and grew our staff from 7 to over 30 members within the first few years. During this time, we were introduced to EOS and I completely fell in love with the tools and processes that successfully drive organizational efficiency and team cohesion.

Most recently, as a strategic consultant, I have led numerous businesses through their self-implementation of EOS. I most enjoy working with teams to lay the foundational structures needed to work through complex challenges and focus on sustainable growth. I thrive on bringing clarity to the chaos and being a fractional integrator allows me to use all of my strengths at once: implementing structures, facilitating efficient, meaningful dialogue, and working with caring, ambitious leaders and teams.

My approach is rooted in creating trusting environments that foster personal reflection and open conversation as a way to further clarity and momentum in reaching both the BIG long-term vision and immediate short-term goals.

Listen in as I introduce myself and my favorite EOS tool!
