Hi, I’m Adam Holtz. I’m married to my wonderful wife Efrat and am the father of two great kids, Lia and Yehuda. I grew up in a suburb outside of Philadelphia and have been living in Israel for the last 10 years.

Through my entrepreneurial journey, I have gained invaluable insight into the difficulties that come with scaling a business and recognize the hurdles that entrepreneurial leaders often encounter. I use this knowledge to provide my clients with a comprehensive strategy that enables them to grow their business while reducing their direct involvement in the day-to-day operations.

Additionally, as a certified Predictive Index, DiSC, and Kolbe consultant, I guide individuals and teams to unlock their full potential by identifying their unique problem-solving tendencies and enhancing communication.
